There are three types of vegetarians (often called „veggies“):
There are those who do not eat any red meat, but who will eat fish or chicken or turkey.
Then there are those who don´t eat any meat, but eat cheese and eggs and drink milk.
And finally, there are those who do not eat any meat or milkprodukts.
Some veggies don´t eat any meat or milk produkts because they don´t want to kill animals for eating. There is a club (started from vegetarians) called „DOKAFF = don´t kill animals for food“ . But there are some people who think they are too fat and think when they are veggies they could lose waight.
- that´s right, they are losing waight, but it´s not good for your health, when you don´t eat any meat or milk produkts. You also need fat and proteins. You can find fat in FISH or OIL and some kinds of MARGARINE. And proteins can you find in MEAT, EGGS, MILK PRODUKTS.
